Taking customisation to the next level
The Serrco SCL Combi-Line range sets a new standard for professional bottle cooling. Opening the possibility for you to design your own bar set-up based on a number of modules.
Choose a basic unit with your preferred machine cooling unit, and add the fronts/modules you'd like to have. The only rule is that the machine cooling unit always needs to be placed to the right.

Basic Units
Get the Basics Right
Besides the obvious considerations like the correct length, you'll also need to consider the purpose of the backbar and the cooling type when choosing a basic unit.
Purpose
Storage: A basic unit with solid doors is the best choice for storage. If you choose a basic unit with solid doors, it will have white LED lighting in all modules, no matter which fronts you add (drawers, glass doors etc.)
Display: If you are looking to tempt guests, go for the glass door model. The glass door basic unit has LED colour lighting, this means you can change the radiance and colour of the light across all modules with the help of a remote control.
Cooling type
Last but not least, when choosing a basic unit, you will also be choosing which type of cooling unit you would like: plug-in or remote cooling. We will dive into the extra details below.

Machine Cooling Units
Avoid Costly Downtime
The removable machine cooling unit is Serrco’s act of genious!
Having the cooling system as a seperate unit, means that service can be done in a matter of minutes instead of hours - and if you have a back-up in store, you can always swap them to avoid any downtime. This saves valuable time and money.
There are three types of machine cooling units to choose from: the plug-in version (MU), the remote version (VS), and a Glycol version.
