Description
The ISA Delta RV is a premium gelato display that incorporates distinctive features. With its exceptionally compact design, the display can accommodate 12 Napoli pans while occupying a mere 1276mm by 819mm footprint, making it ideal for settings where space is limited. Additionally, it is equipped with a dual-zone refrigeration system that allows for the serving of ice cream, gelato, or sorbets at the desired temperature. (Six pans on the left and six pans on the right having a separate temperature-controlled zone). The unit comes with night storage covers that can be easily slid into the rear of the cabinet when not in use, and can be placed over the display at night to preserve the quality of the product without requiring it to be removed from the cabinet and placed in a separate frozen storage area. Overall, this cabinet is convenient, high-quality, and compact.
