It comes with a self-closing door with automatic hold-open at 100°, to provide easy access while minimising fluctuations in holding temperature. It’s supplied with 10 600x400mm removable drawers with stainless steel perforated risers, with additional accessories including stainless steel trays and inserts available so you can configure your unit to your operations.
