Discover the upgraded version of our UD uni-drawer range, this has been developed for busy commercial kitchens where flexibility, durability and energy efficiency are a must.
This upgraded range delivers the same versatile performance as the previous models while reducing energy consumption by an average of 33% across the range. This helps commercial kitchens lower running costs without compromising on cooling or freezing performance.
The older UD uni-drawer range will be delisted as existing stock is sold out. The new, more energy-efficient models will replace the previous generation and become the standard UD range moving forward.
Flexible temperature control for every drawer
The UD uni-drawer range is designed specifically to adapt to changing commercial kitchen requirements throughout the day. Each drawer is easily switchable, individually, between cooling and freezing at the touch of a button, which allows you to store different products at the right temperature in the same unit.
The range is available with one or two drawers and accommodates 1/1 gastronorm pans (ask us for more configurations)
