Meet the Team

I'm the UK Customer Service Manager responsible for looking after the UK Sales and Spares Team. Part of my role is to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience by leading my team to deliver customer service excellence. My aim is to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing timely and effective support.

I love to travel, one of my favourite countries in the world is Egypt! I also love to read and my favourite author is TM Logan. I have lost count of how many books I have read.

Our wine coolers always prove popular such as the TFW400-2F. The convenience of a dual temperature unit allows you to display different types of wine at different temperatures. The sleek black look and wooden shelves gives a modern sophisticated look, and if I had the room in my kitchen, I would proudly display one of these wine coolers.

In my role in Customer Services and Sales Administrator I focus on customer support particularly in South West and the Midlands, I'm passionate about constantly finding new ways to give customers the best experience.

Outside of work I'm a retro computer collector and gamer, my other hobbies also include being a professional photographer. You'll often find me on long hikes with my Dog Dee Dee and I was an ex-tank driver in the army.

I always think our DB201S is a great looking bar fridge and its particularly popular in the bar and club industry especially as it fits well into many bar and club areas.

In my role in Customer Services I focus on customer support particularly in South West and Ireland along with welcoming new customers to the business.

Outside of work, I love a bit of adventure, particularly Mountain biking and Skiing. I even skied down the  Olympic ski run The Face Val D'isere.

In terms of favourite products I'd have to say the TFW400-SF – Shame I haven’t got enough wine to fill it. 

As Sales Manager, my role is split between working with my customers in the South West and South Wales region, and managing some of my colleagues in the sales team. I enjoy the challenges and diverse tasks that the role encompasses and like to be able to find solutions and assist with customers to offer the best level of service that we can.

In my free time, if I’m not laser engraving items for local gift shops, I can probably be found paddle boarding with my wife or heading out for a run. We have four cats who keep us entertained around the house, they also love to try to join in with our table tennis games.

Having worked in commercial kitchens in the past, one of my favourite products is the trusty RK710X1 gastronorm chiller with its ridiculously low running costs

My Role at Tefcold I am the Regional Sales Manager looking after the southeast of the UK. This covers as far north as Northampton & Cambridgeshire. West to and including Oxfordshire. Down to Portsmouth on the south coast and all the way around the coastline up to Norfolk. I also look after Jersy & Guernsey too. Primarily here to support new and existing customers grow using Tefcold products and services. My role also includes keeping customers up to date with new products, innovation and market trends. 

Football has been the love of my life, watching it and just about managing to play it. Golf is slowly taking its place as the main reason I might get divorced, again. I have a gorgeous Cockapoo named Brandy who is my first dog and love immensely. Fun fact is that after turning 55, I have found myself DJ'ing at an amazingly successful monthly residency in the heart of London's fashionable Shoreditch. #olddognewtricks.

The LGF Display Freezers are my favourite product. It is a no fuss, robust range of display freezers with excellent capacity and good energy saving properties.

In my role as Regional Account Manager I offer customer support, such as directives for selecting the correct equipment for the installation, ability to work with the client to find the best economical solution and finding solutions for issues, such as working with my colleagues in the transport dept to find a bespoke solution for deliveries. 

Outside of work, I enjoy reading and attaching my enjoyment of running to charity fundraising. Currently, I have completed the first stage of The Chester Triple. Having completed a 10k in March, I now have 1/2 Marathon in May and a full Marathon In October, raising funds for local essential Hospice, St Luke's in Winsford,offering palliative care amongst other things.

I enjoy offering Ice cream display and storage solutions to my customers in the hope of testing the product for research proposes only!

In my role 

In my role as Internal Sales Manager I use my knowledge to support customers, helping them make the most of their business opportunities through our chilled and freezer solutions. What's more I'm often sort after to help train new employees in product knowledge after acquiring many insights over my time here.

I'm the proud owner of a pirate cat and I run every weekend regularly attend 5K and 10K races. I have a background in media production and even met Whoopie Goldberg once.

Favourite product? It has to be the LPD900, it's such a great display choice, visually stunning and everyone loves seeing it in our UK showroom.

In my role 

As the Technical Service Manager for the UK, I oversee all technical operations, ensuring seamless service and support across the county. My role demands precision, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of the ever-evolving industry.

Outside of work, my world revolves around my two amazing daughters, who never fail to keep me on my toes! And golf ,  whether perfecting my swing or keeping up with their energy, there's never a dull moment.

When it comes to products, I’m a big fan of the UD range—ideal for someone like me who can never quite decide between a fridge or freezer! The ability to switch effortlessly between the two makes it the perfect fit for my ever-changing needs.

In my role as Service Administrator, I arrange engineers to attend faulty units, help customers with warranty queries and support customers with additional queries where possible

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my dog Dray and spending time with my family, especially my niece & nephew.

My favourite product is the SC381 due to its simple but effective look, and the reliability that they have.
